My Inspiration

Today I'm packing for my trip to Spain. So for the next two weeks, you'll probably not hear that much from me.
And since I still have that hunger of fashion which I won't be getting from the dear beloved internet, I'll have to do it the old-fashion way. With glue, scissors, some magazines and a scrapbook. I have several books already which I have fun with quite often (not that often after fashion-blogs got popular though). One for clothes and clothes only, and one for about everything else. I have one big book too, with the big pictures in, but it takes sooo much glue, that I never really bother to put something in it. Well, anyway, here are two of my books. The clothing-book and the everything-else-book. I'll have to go back to packing!

Rain come Spain

I wish I could have a photoshoot right now. And many more. I'm so in the mood for some shooting, but noone other than myself to shoot, and that's rather boring. But I'm trying to pull something together with a friend of mine before I'm leaving to Spain. Oh yeah, by the way, I'm going to Spain on tuesday, and will be there in two weeks with my boyfriend and his family. I can't wait to get into the sun and to dip my toes in water that are not in the temperature of minus-something-Norway-like. I hope I don't get that burned though. I'm so pale that I have to be extra carefull. That sucks, cause all I really want to do is run around on the beach without thinking about covering up for the sun. AND I also hope for RAIN! Yes, you heard me! I'm known for my weird fascination of rain. Even here in bitterfrozen Norway I like it, so you can imagine the delight of experiencing rain somewhere it actually is warm! Oh, it's gonna be so good.

Nina Ricci Fall 2009

As I went searching for some new collection I would end up wanting, I found one that I've seen -and written about, before. It's the Nina Ricci Fall 2009 Collection. I've written earlier about the shoes in the collection (I know it might look like I hated them or something, but I didn't) and now I'm writing about the rest of the collection. Or more like the dresses. I love the mix of the different types of fabrics! It makes it all so exciting to watch!

...And so tempting to buy!

Portifolio on net

So now I've tried out something new again. This time I've made a portifolio on net. I'm actually quite satisfied with it, and when I one day get money, I'll even make a site like this without the commercials on the bottom. But this will do just fine until then. What do you think?

Productive day

I feel so productive! Even though I haven't done all that much, as usual. But I've got some plans and ideas for some new photoshoots, either with myself (I'd prefer not. Am tired of seeing my own face on screen all the time) or with a model, if I find one. Maybe I'll do a test-shoot with myself first, to see how the idea fits with reality. So what I'm doing right now, is searching for models. There has to be SOMEONE that wants to be my model, right (that's not my friend, haha)?

Onto another business. I sort of fell into these wonderfull pictures today and searched up the designer of the clothes. I'm too much of a newbie in the fashion-critique-world to come with a good and professional comment, so I'll just leave it with one that says: This is some cool shit that I really want to wear right now!

Now that I'm becoming a photographer...

...I'm thinking of whom I would like to have a photoshoot with when I'm getting big and famous. And right now there's only three of them big stars I want shot with my camera.

It's him. The one and only Calvin Harris. The colourful man with the humor I love so much (You would love it too if you saw his videos on youtube about a year ago. Unfortunately for you -and me, Calvin removed those videos, and left us with only the one about how to make fly-eyes-spectacles. But it's okay, since it's so hilarious it makes all the pain go away). And he's cute too!
Then it's them. They're sorta on the top of my list, but they're not on the top alphabetically. It's Daft Punk. My band, my love, my everything (Oh I just HAD to take that line). They're french, cute (if the pics I have of them is the right ones. They like being hid behind masks) and make so cool music, people on their shows get orgasms (or at least some on youtube has clamed so). They're my comfort when I'm sad and my inspiration when I want to do something special. I'd do anything to have a photoshoot with them and let them talk to me with their cute, french accent (Every french have a cute french accent in my head).
And then we have a she. Yes, it's a girl! She's a bit cute as well. Not as cute as Calvin Harris though, but he's hard to compete with anyway. It's Peaches Geldof. YES I DO HAVE A THING FOR DJ'S! I admit it! But I liked her before I knew she was a DJ. It was just a big plus for later on. Why I like this girl? Well, I sorta always have. Her style is so chill that I just want to jump into every picture and chill out with her. And she's one of the FEW that actually can pull off hairbands like that. I tried it two years ago, and it just didn't work out. It's just a hint to everyone else that is still trying. You have to be extremely cool to pull something like that off.

There is no such thing as "only" shoes

Not if you have some of these. I mean, come on! You can't say that these are "only" some shoes that you walk in. They're so much more! When I get famous and rich, these will be the kind of shoes I'll be walking in. It's my substitute for art-paintings on the wall. Pics from Jak & Jil
